The Climate Registry

The Climate Registry (TCR) is a voluntary GHG reporting program for organizations that have conducted a greenhouse gas inventory.  TCR began operations in 2007 and draws its members from a wide cross-section including corporations, municipalities, non-governmental organizations, U.S. states, Native Sovereign Nations, and Canadian provinces. 

TCR has developed standardized tools for the reporting and quantification of greenhouse gases and the requirements for verification of greenhouse gas inventories built in accordance with TCR methodologies.  All reporting methodologies and guidance are available at the TCR website: http://www.theclimateregistry.org/. 

TÜV SÜD America Inc. is an ANSI accredited verification body for the purposes of voluntary GHG reporting and is equipped to perform all aspects of GHG verification under TCR.
