Mr. Lee's appointment helps further strengthen TÜV SÜD's testing, inspection, and certification program for toys, children's products, apparel, and footwear in the America's region.

Mr. Lee joins TÜV SÜD America with over 15 years of experience in product safety compliance, quality assurance, risk management and safety recalls in the key areas of toys, children's products, premiums, promotional products, apparel, and other consumer products. He has many years of experience as an in-house legal counsel for well-known toy and consumer products companies, along with having established and supervised the companies' in-house product compliance, safety, and quality assurance departments.

Mr. Lee is a frequent guest lecturer and presenter on complex regulatory matters such as the CPSIA, California Proposition 65 and other laws that severely impact clients' business, legal exposure, and product compliance programs.
